Key Responsibilities and Deliverables:
To assist the MLRO to ensure all compliance matters and risk initiatives relating to the practice are delivered in accordance with statutory regulations and our internal policies, including assistance with:
- Client take-on procedures
- Undertaking business risk assessments
- The provision of staff training
- Maintenance of internal policies, procedures and registers
- The completion of the AML Statistical Return required by the FSA and the Annual Compliance Return
- General Data Protection Regulations
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Have relevant experience in a compliance role
- Ability to work independently under pressure and meet deadlines, with good attention to detail
- Self-Motivation and discipline in task completion
- Excellent numeracy and verbal/written communication skills
